Uniforms purchased for team competition with the Ozaukee County Special Olympics are the property of the organization.

If you intend to not participate in future competition, please return the uniform to your coach.

Warm-ups (or team jackets and pants) may be partially paid for by the athletes and are the property of the athlete. You may keep these.

Sweats (or Grays) are purchased by the athlete and, of course, are the property of the athlete. 

Ordering "Grays"

Those interested in ordering the gray workout clothing may download one of the following order forms.

Orders must be accompanied with payment.

The new Fleece Jacket is a deep Royal Blue with a full zipper front. Our agency name and emblem will be embroidered on the front left. There is a option to embroider your name on the front right for a small cost.

There is also available a long-sleeve tee-shirt this year.

All clothing has our agency emblem and name on each.

Those wishing to add your name on the back of tee-shirts or sweats will now have that option. This might be a good way for lost clothing to find its way home.

If you want to have your name embroidered on the front right of your warm-up jacket or warm-up pants, fill out the order below and bring the order and warm-up(s) to Silk Screen Specialists in Grafton. We have selected the color and style of the print. (White Lettering)

Think ONE SIZE LARGER than you normally wear as these items are 100% cotton and will shrink over time. If you are buying because you are cold weather athletes (tracksters, footballers, snowshoers and skiiers), you will want to buy larger to dress in layers.

Orders can now be placed year round. Orders received by Silk Screen Specialists will be processed at the end of each month. So expect a 30-45 day wait if you order early or late.
